Questions
What counts as an active truck?
A truck that moves at least one load in DENEMO during the month. Trucks sitting in the yard, down for service, or waiting on a driver are not counted — so a seasonal fleet is not locked into its peak-season number.
Why does the price step up at 6, 31, and 101 trucks?
Each band starts with a base that covers its first truck, then adds a lower per-truck rate than the band below it: $10 per truck from 6 to 30, $9 from 31 to 100, and $5 from 101 up. The effective cost per truck keeps falling as you grow — a 12-truck fleet pays $10.00 per truck, a 120-truck fleet $8.58.
Do you charge per user or per seat?
No. Dispatchers, billing clerks, safety managers, and admins are unlimited on every plan, and the driver app is included for every driver. Pricing follows trucks only.
What is the 4% card fee?
Card autopay includes the card-processing cost, so a $50 plan bills at $52.08 and a $309 plan bills at $321.88. Pay by bank transfer and you pay the list price with no uplift.
Are there setup, migration, or training fees?
No. Implementation, historical load migration, and bilingual training for dispatchers and drivers are included at launch. Most carriers are live in about 8 days.
Is there a contract or minimum term?

What if we run more than 250 trucks?
The 101+ band keeps going at $5 per additional truck, with no upper cap. Large multi-terminal rollouts usually want a working session on divisions, permissions, and reporting — call us and we will scope it with you.
